I would never claim to be unbiased and objective - I'm only human - but I feel like my bias here would really affect my honesty. So giving this lady a low rating would make me feel like a monster, but rating it higher would feel dishonest. You know those rare people who are so nice and genuine that they make the whole room feel instantly comfortable and happy? That's Roshani.
